Frequently asked questions
This self-paced version of the program offers all of the learning from the cohort model in an accessible and affordable online learning experience. Virtual webinar sessions are replaced by video lessons, interactive worksheets, and case study examples. Peer-learning and coaching benefits are replaced by access to other learners, experienced coaches, and impact sector leaders in the online community.
Program content is currently available in a mixture of English and French languages. Text lessons, worksheets and case studies are currently offered in English. English captions and French subtitles are offered for all video content.
Full access to the program content is provided for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment. Access to the Thriving Non-Profits Community is included with the purchase of this program.
All learners who complete the cohort or self-paced program in full receive a certificate of completion. Additionally, completing the self-paced program in full lets you earn 12 continuing education points to support your CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
The self-paced program takes approximately 12-14 hours to complete in full. The course contains 168 lessons, including 8.5 hours of video content, text content, and associated exercises.
