Grant has a diverse background in entrepreneurship, with a Commerce degree from the University of Victoria and experience supporting entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and social start-ups. He brings a practical, community-focused approach and uses entrepreneurship as a tool for empowerment and positive change.

Biography

Grant built his career around entrepreneurship, pairing a strong business foundation with a people-centered approach to community impact. 

He holds a Commerce degree with a major in Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria and worked as a teacher, mentor, and consultant with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and social start-ups in Canada and internationally. 

His work includes small business training, curriculum development, one-on-one coaching, and partnership-building to deliver community-based ventures that improve access to essential services and social finance. 

He strengthens organizations through operational improvements, performance tracking, and funding development, using entrepreneurship as a practical tool for community empowerment and positive change.
