BOOK COACHING WITH STEPHANIE
Biography
Stephanie has a diverse leadership background in the social purpose sector, having worked as an Executive Director and in roles spanning program development, communications, fundraising and community engagement.
Coupled with her experience in nonprofit governance as a Board Director, she has a deep understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities and can adeptly navigate both.
As the Thriving Non-Profits Program Coordinator for Scale Collaborative, Stephanie has developed strong expertise in revenue diversification, learning from the over 400 organizations that have participated in the program. She understands what works, common challenges, and the strategies needed for financial sustainability.
Currently pursuing her Master’s degree, Stephanie’s research focuses on the intersection of nonprofit work, community needs, funding, and policy—exploring how to better resource the nonprofit sector, particularly in food and agriculture, to build sustainable, resilient, and equitable food systems.
In her free time, Stephanie can be found working in her garden, or stocking up at the local farmer's market.
