Tegan is an impact-focused leader with experience spanning social impact, entrepreneurship, marketing and event direction. She brings a strong ability to translate vision into action, having founded and scaled a national wellness brand while also leading large-scale initiatives in the nonprofit sector.
Her experience includes organizational operations, partnership development, community engagement, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, most notably national reconciliation initiatives involving Indigenous partners, governments, funders, and communities.
