At the age of 19, Yash co-founded a nonprofit organization focused on empowering children from underserved communities with quality education. This experience ignited his lifelong passion for making a difference.
Yash holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Mumbai and an MBA from Canada, equipping him with the skills and knowledge to drive social change effectively.
Over the years, he has worked with various social purpose organizations, from early stages to maturity. As a Portfolio Manager at LEAP Pecaut Centre for Social Impact, he has honed his expertise in strategic capacity building, impact assessment, and sustainable philanthropy. Yash's ability to envision, plan, and execute projects has resulted in tangible outcomes.
As a Thriving Non-Profits Coach, Yash has helped Executive Directors and Boards develop and execute revenue diversification strategies for sustainable growth.
