Biography
For the last 15 years, Ben has been in the trenches with purpose-driven organizations across Canada and the US as a fundraiser, strategist, and coach.
Ben Johnson founded Baker Street after selling Frontier Marketing in 2023, a company he built from a solo venture into a national firm over more than a decade. That experience gave him something no training could: the real weight of building, the cost of scaling without enough structure, and a deep empathy for what entrepreneurs are actually carrying.
His gift is perspective. He has a rare ability to connect the dots between founder psychology, operating structure, team dynamics, and business performance, and to do it with a kind of calm honesty that helps people see clearly without feeling attacked. He is not interested in helping leaders look impressive. He is interested in helping them become durable.
